List Building Tips

List Building Tips

It is said that the money is in the list, but how true is that statement?

Is it just another cliché tossed about blindly by so called “gurus”? I think not… have you heard of this old parable.

“In the country of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.”

How true that statement is! (Even when it comes to list building.)

How so, you say?

Well, consider this:

Whatever niche you are creating products and services for… that is your country. And, all those prospective buyers within that niche whom re uninformed and uneducated about that niche, well; they are “the blind”. They are “blind” from the knowledge you possess…

This is why they are searching you out… This is why they are eager to buy what you are selling… It is all because they are blind to that knowledge, yet you are not. You can shed light on it for them, and you can guide them to where they want and need to be.

Because of this, you are the one-eyed king within your country (niche). And, these “blind” are eager to do whatever to follow your set path… If you did not share the knowledge you have to these “blind” prospective buyers, then, you will be doing them a disservice.

This is why you are selling products and services, and this is why you need to generate a list of potential buyers. A list is nothing more than a tool which helps your prospect walk a journey to become a happy (well informed) buyer.

These “blind” prospective buyers are willing to pay you for what you know and have so that they can better themselves financially, physically, mentally, emotionally, and so on so on.

Your list is how you accomplish this. It is how the so called “gurus” do it, and this is why “the money is in the list.” It’s not just some cliché. But what is a list? What are the different types of lists? How can you capture potential buyers onto your own list? How can you manage your own list, and move your prospects from being… well, prospects to becoming happy (life-long) buyers?

All of these questions are essential to becoming a master list builder, and all these questions will be answered as you take your own journey to becoming a master list builder. This blog post is just a “primer” but will give you a good idea of what you need to do and how to go about it.

The journey begins here.
